Mike Bellino: President and CEO

Mike Bellino started Hudson Property Management LLC after years of working for Real Estate companies in Hudson County who were more concerned with making money than helping their clients. Mike began his career managing condo conversions and multi-family units, but felt his clients were not getting all they deserved for what they were paying. This passion for customer service was the driving force for starting Hudson PM.

During Mike's career he has gained a comprehensive knowledge of State and Local Compliance, credit checks, Section 8, and Project Management. He is now applying his experience, skills, and expertise to exceeding expectations and making his clients happy and informed home owners.

Marc Bellino: CFO

Marc Bellino graduated Magna Cum Laude from Villanova University in 2000, with a BS in Accounting and a BS in Decision Information Technology (DIT). After 7 years on Wall Street, Marc decided it was time for a change, and he pursued his passion for Real Estate, by becoming a Realtor in 2007. He co-founded Hudson PM with Mike and hasn't looked back since. With his Accounting and technology backgrounds, he is streamlining the Property Management business and offering clients of Hudson PM 100% transparency of their property's finances and the trust and reliability they deserve.
